Mr. Habila Ezekiel was born to the modest and ingenious family of late Warrant officer & Mrs. Habila Zakaria of Zango-Kataf local government of Kaduna State on 19 September 1977 in Kaduna State.

Mr. Habila Ezekiels occupational voyage saw him work in the academic, financial and public as this was ignited by College of Education Aukpa and deformed Sunday Adopela Polytechnic Adoka all in Benue State as a lecturer and a part time lecturer respectively. He diversified into the financial industry where he worked as a financial advisor and rose to the cadre of sales manager with Union Assurance a subsidiary of Union Bank and later joined First Bank Holdings where until his resignation, he saved as a branch manager in Kaduna.
Ezekiel Habila currently works with National Unity and Peace Corps ( NUPEC) now Nigeria Peace Corps with the rank of a commandant at the headquarters Abuja.and also runs a management consultancy firm known as Shield corperate services and consulting limited.
He is married to his amiable, quintessential queen Mrs. Mary Habila: the marriage is blessed with three valuable children.
He is self motivated with a winning mentality at all times, hard working and very determined, strives to always keep a positive attitude and have the ability to learn quickly. With over 15 years of work experience, his determination to succeed makes him to adapt to changes, teamwork player that focus on finding solution, proactive, initiator, capacity for taking decision which makes him a leader per excellence
PHILOSOPHY
Mr. Habila Ezekiel believes that one should not just try to be successful only, but try to be a person of value and that the meaning of life is to find your gift while the purpose of life is to give it away. This makes the world a better place.
The gubernatorial vision of Mr. Habila Ezekiel as the flag bearer of Liberation Movement (Equality and Prosperity) the valuable and great people of Kaduna State: is predicated on his reservoir and priceless experience and impeccable desire to unite his dearest people of Kaduna State as a bridge builder, enthrone peace (both human and environmental) and entrench the article of faith, rule of law, economic freedom, fair tax systems, steady and improved agriculture and learning economy,
