Leadership comes from the heart and not
from the head. In your head, there could be
PHD certificate from Harvard university and
ten mansions in Cayman Island but God does
not need such qualifications for you to be the
man after His own heart. He said, 'My son,
give me your heart'. John C. Maxwell wrote,
''People won't know how much you know
until they know how much you care''. Your
heart defines your value for God's purpose in
your hands and people around you. God
began to look for David before David began
to look for Him. why? Because in David was
the heart of a true leader. God is not looking
for rulers. Rulers are like managers,
everything begins from their head. David
faced lions and bears because of a nothing
like sheep and God was watching. I wonder
what God sees in you today. If your value is
on your head, you are empty.
